Hank Schlissberg is President of DaVita Health Solutions, DaVita’s population health group for high-risk, chronic patients (including but not limited to kidney disease). DHS encompasses physician-led house calls, post-acute care/SNF management, palliative care, social and behavioral health, and other critical care services for high risk patients.
Prior to joining DaVita in July 2014, Hank was a Partner at McKinsey & Company where he joined the Cleveland office in 2000 and remained into 2011. Hank spent 2010 and 2011 as SVP of Objective Health, a start-up McKinsey analytics, software, and services solution for hospitals. He then spent two and a half years as Chief Growth Officer of Radisphere, a $40M venture-backed (Oak HC/FT, Maverick Capital) technology and delivery model innovator in the radiology space, before it was sold to Envision Healthcare in 2014.
Hank has an MBA from the University of Michigan and played varsity golf at Miami University. He lives in the Denver area with his wife Carlynn and their three young girls. He is still a competitive golfer and a passionate Michigan State and Cleveland sports fan.
